Benson Ndachena

Managing Director

Benson Ndachena is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ) with over thirty years working experience in the accounting, auditing, consumer retail and the banking sector. Benson began his career with Deloitte & Touch from January 1990 up until April 1998. During that time he held management positions of Audit Manager and Senior Consultant – Management Consultancy. He left Deloitte & Touch on 30 April 1998 to join OK Zimbabwe on 1 May 1998 as Financial Controller and held that position until June 2001. On 1 July 2001, he joined NMB Bank as the Head Finance & Administration and progressed within the Bank to the position of Chief Finance Officer on 8 January 2007 until 30 September 2021. He has been the Managing Director of QCo from 1 October 2021. Benson Ndachena holds a Bachelor of Accountancy(B.Acc(Hons) Degree from the University of Zimbabwe, a Master of Business Leadership Degree from the University of South Africa’s (UNISA) School of Business Leadership and is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA and CGMA).
